Today, July 26th, the Foundation announces change in the Board of Directors.
It is with regret that we have accepted the resignation of James Osborne as President. James has opted to retire from active board work after after having been a founding member of the Foundation. We thank James for all of his invaluable help and have granted him the position of Board Member Emeritus (Board Member for Life) so that he may continue to advise us with his knowledge and experience.
The Board of Directors added Cynthia Franklin as it’s newest member, and nominated Dr Karyn Smarz as President. We look forward to the guidance of the new leadership team as the Foundation establishes a new base of operation in West Cape May.
