Mission Statement

our mission

The Foundation was established to carry on the interests of its founder, Dr. Walter Wiechetek. Throughout his life, he understood the value of historical preservation and promoting and funding education in both science and the arts. His legacy is for the Foundation to promote what he viewed as a primary purpose in his life, “to make a difference.” The Foundation is devoted to that cause.
